ภาพรวมของชุมชน
จุดมุ่งหมายในการจัดสรรกิจกรรมทางเพศภายใต้กฏของชุมชนอย่างเหมาะสม โดยควบคุม และพิจารณาภายในเงื่อนไขกรอบทางสังคม กล่าวคือเพื่อลดความไม่พึงประสงค์ รวมไปถึงความทุกข์ที่เกิดจากกระบวนการเลือกคู่เชิงแข่งขัน (competitive mating process) และพันธะทางเพศตลอดชีวิต (life long sexual contracts) เพื่อเสริมสร้างการชจัดการกระจุกตัวของอำนาจอย่างมิชอบธรรม (Concentration of power) และเพื่อให้สมาชิกชุมชนสามารถมุ่งเน้นไปที่เป้าหมายของชุมชน (goals of the community)

Queue of encounters
Each person has a queue that other people place their name on to request a sexual encounter. The person responds to each request with terms for the encounter, and must perform the encounters in the order of the names on the queue.
The requester can at any time remove their name from a queue, if they re-enter the queue they do not retain their previous position, their name is added at the bottom.
Quota of requests
Each person has a quota of requests they can make, when they add their name to someone's queue they use up one of their quota, for example if the quota is three then one person can only place their name on three target partner queues.
An in demand target person will have a long queue, so requesting an encounter with them will come at a cost to the requester.
Frequency of encounters
The community can set required frequency of encounters, for example minimum 3 encounters per month.
Sexual health
With a promiscuous community protection against sexually transmitted diseases is important, all members should be regularly screened.
Reproductive education is also important and all members should support each other in intelligent birth control.
Protection against abuse
The terms of any sexual encounter are decided on beforehand by the target person. Kindness and respect govern all interactions, the community teaches it's members the benefits of this process with a focus on care for each other, both parties are expected to abide by the terms and be considerate of the other member.
If the community employs a high level of transparency encounters can be surveilled and any breach of the terms could be addressed through issue resolution.
Both people are expected to perform to a reasonable level, if one intentionally makes the experience unenjoyable an issue could be raised, if unintentional the community could have methods to support and teach how to perform better.
Sexual orientation
People can state their sexual orientation, only encounters of that type will be allowed.
Disagreements about terms
If the target person makes demands that are unreasonable the requester could raise an issue against them, over time a clear set of reasonable terms will begin to form.
For example the target person might request specific terms for the sexual act, and that the requester cooks them a particular meal, gives them a massage, hold them until they fall asleep, spend the entire night with them and cook breakfast.
Terms like self-harm or being a slave for a year might be considered unreasonable by the community.
