Level 3 concept (Low) - Low importance concept an Izara Community can consider implementing

Overview

The community can vote on how members time is allocated between community determined tasks, individual chosen tasks, and relaxation time.

Community tasks

These are tasks that the community requires to be done, members are rewarded tokens according to the demand to do the task and measurable outcomes, less popular tasks or members who achieve better results will be given more tokens.

The scientific method or voting system can be applied to choosing who does which tasks. People who perform the task well will be chosen, while others who want the opportunity to take on the task can be tested and compared according to defined metrics.

People could select the tasks they wish to perform, tasks that are unpopular could be given higher rewards to encourage people to apply.

Individual tasks

These periods are decided on by each member, but are expected to be productive, the community can choose what tasks it considers productive such as artistic endeavors.

Members can spend tokens to support or purchase the results of individual tasks.

Relaxation time

Time that members can use in any way they choose, if creating things those things can be supported by token purchases.

How time is segmented

If healthy living is considered an important concept for an Izara Community the segmentation of work could be organized in a way that supports this.

For example if science shows that physical activity during late morning enhances focus, energy, and long term health, this could be incorporated into the communities allocation of work such as office workers being allocated a two hour shift of physical tasks each day at that time.
