Overview

Evolution is based on the idea that the strongest will survive and procreate while the weak will not. Human beings have evolved with animal natures that have served us to become the dominant species on the planet however as societies become larger and more complex, and technology more destructive, the competitiveness that rose humans up risks being our downfall.

As humans have become more enlightened we have developed values that reject the laws of survival and competition in favor of a more altruistic view on life and the value of others.

The competitive environment gives rise to positions of power, to survive, people in positions of power must always increase their power and create systems of maintaining it, then to pass the power onto ones offspring.

The Izara Community tries to create a new system with the goal of replacing existing power structures that can easily be abused by those who gain power.

Competition can be a strong driver for excellence, an Izara Community could choose to implement aspects of competition to achieve it's goals more effectively, however care should be taken that positions of power do not arise because of those decisions.
