Stages of community development
Overview
An Izara Community can design into it's initial state stages of development where different levels of self governance or other concepts are applied.
Benevolent dictator/s
Izara Communities might be created by a driven leader who organizes the starting conditions of the community and holds veto power over communal decisions until a condition is met, such as a quorum (minimum number) of members.
Governance system changes
Limits could be imposed on the types of changes community voting can control, for example changes to the weights of different members in the voting system according to age, education, etc, might only be allowed after a quorum of members is reached.
Super majorities
The initial state could require a varying level of super majority to for example override the benevolent dictator or make changes to the voting system.
As the size of the community increases the required super majority could reduce.
