ภาพรวม
แม้ว่า Izara Community จะต้อง ปฏิบัติตามกฎของสังคมเจ้าบ้าน (obey the rules of it's host society) แต่ก็ควรปฏิบัติตามกฏเท่าที่สามารถทำได้ ชุมชนควรมุ่งมั่นที่จะพึ่งพาตนเองให้ได้มากที่สุด
ยิ่งชุมชนดำเนินการควบคุมโดยระบอบ การปกครองตนเอง (self governance) ของตนเองได้มากเท่าใด ชุมชนก็จะยิ่งแข็งแกร่งมากขึ้นเท่านั้น และยิ่งอยู่ในตำแหน่งที่เหมาะสมมากขึ้นในการเป็น แม่แบบเพื่อชุมชน (A template for society)
Consumption
As much internal consumption as possible should be created within the community, coupling with with elements of anti-materialism will help to reduce the demand for resources from outside the community.
Healthcare
If the community supports living healthy lives health care requirements should be reduced, in times where intervention is needed communities can try to develop members who can perform the required healthcare.
