Teach the importance of the core concepts the community considers importance, for example how all people have the capacity for good and evil and concentrated power offers a path for evil people act out their destructive desires.
Work ethic and love of knowledge
Young children are shaped by their peers and environment and the community can mold new generations be crafting a child's environment.
Children should be surrounded by people who express a strong work ethic and crave knowledge, removing from that environment behavior that teaches a reliance on other people or that the value of life comes from what you consume.
