Level 7 (High) - Initial implementation of the Community α (Thailand) should implement and maintain
Overview
A legal structure will need to be implemented to manage the communities assets, income, and spending. The best structure can be discussed by the early members, a co-op or non-profit could be considered, or perhaps a corporate structure at the start would be simpler and then change as the community grows.
Ownership would be spread across members depending on the level of initial assets that are injected, once the initial assets are for example paid back by the community a wider form of ownership could be employed.
Protocols for entering and exiting the community need to be considered to ensure ownership of the assets remain within the community.
