Negative treatment
fear of being treating badly according to your vote, for services that should be delivered fairly without bias the same solutions for Coercion can be used. For other more personal situations members should be educated to respect other's positions, and be confident enough to stand strong and explain their beliefs, regardless of personal consequences.
Being misunderstood
educating the Socratic method should allow people to show logical reasons why they voted the way they did, and if they can't explain it then they should reconsider their decision. Misunderstandings are an opportunity to grow as a thinker and seeker of truth.
