กล่าวได้ว่าเป็นเรื่องปกติหากชุมชนที่เพิ่งเกิดขึ้นใหม่มักสร้างค่านิยมภายในกลุ่มชุมชนของตนว่า “การเป็นสมาชิกของชุมชนย่อมดีกว่าคนภายนอก” ซึ่งสร้างทัศนคติและค่านิยมร่วมกันขึ้นมา สิ่งเหล่านี้ส่งเสริมให้สร้างความเชื่อร่วมกันในหมู่สมาชิกและทำให้ชุมชนเข้มแข็งขึ้น ในทางกลับกันก็ย่อมส่งผลให้เกิดแนวคิด “พวกเราและพวกเขา” ระหว่างสมาชิกกับบุคคลภายนอกอีกด้วย
Izara Communities have the goal of scaling and embracing more members, showing a better path. Non-members should be viewed with the same respect and kindness as community members.
Until an Izara Community becomes a fully functioning society, it is an experiment in self governance and might not succeed. The beliefs of non-members, or people who wish to leave the community, should not be looked upon as wrong, they are taking another path and our hope is through success we can convince them to try our path as a better alternative.
