Resources will also be limited so support for people leaving will likely not exist.
For this reason the entry requirements for the earliest members will likely allow for prior owned assets to remain their property, perhaps with a reasonable requirement of paying nominal funds to the community to show commitment and aid in the the communities difficult early stages.
Outside assets should take as little time and resources from the members as possible as once they enter the community their productivity should be focused on community development.
Members have the opportunity to leave at any time with no penalty, except perhaps forfeiture of community tokens or other community controlled assets.
