ภาพรวม

ควรมีการจัดการศึกษาและหลักสูตรทบทวนความรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสมาชิกในชุมชนมีความสามารถในการปกครองตนเอง หัวข้อที่สอน ปริมาณทรัพยากรที่จัดสรร และวิธีการจัดการศึกษา จะถูกกำหนดโดยชุมชนเอง

หัวข้อต่าง ๆ เช่น การแสวงหาความจริง (Truth seeking) หรือ แนวคิดหลักของชุมชน ถือเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่สมาชิกทุกคนควรทำความเข้าใจและมีความตระหนักรู้ในระดับที่เหมาะสม

Competence

Different areas of the community could be restricted to individuals who pass or regularly pass an assessment of their understanding of important concepts.

Examples

• the ability to vote, or weight of a persons vote, is connected to their proving basic understandings of rational thinking, understanding power concentration, etc.
• An individual's entry into a higher issue resolution sortition level could depend on proving understanding of community core concepts.
