ภาพรวมของชุมชน
การปกครองตนเอง เป็นแนวคิดสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Izara Communities ซึ่งใจความสำคัญของแนวคิดนี้ กล่าวคือการที่สมาชิกในชุมชนมีสิทธิ์ออกกฎระเบียบสำหรับการนำไปปฏิบัติใช้ได้
When starting a community it will need to have rules, its initial state, that can then be changed by the community according to it's voting methods, which in turn were initially implemented by the initial state.
Each community will have it's own way of creating the initial state, and at what stages of community development those starting rules can be changed, it could be decided democratically by the initial members, or by an initial leader who creates the community.
