Overview
Self governance means the people who make up the community directly govern that community. No proxies or representatives are given arbitrary power, any power given to individuals or groups can be removed at any time by the community.
The vote of any adult individual in the community has the same weight as any other individual, or if the community decides there should be different weights the path to attaining equal weight should be reasonable, for example new members having less weight during a transition period or members proving an understanding of rational decision making having higher weights.
