ภาพรวม
At small size the community can enforce rules in an informal method, every members knows results of the issue resolution system and can aid in ensuring decisions are enforced.
Transparency is an important concept that will be employed in the community, this will aid in detecting non-compliance.
Members who intentionally refuse to abide by decisions can be removed from the community, the method of doing this will be connected to the legal structure used.
