Children who grow of age in the community should be given the freedom to leave if they feel the community does not reflect their values, although resources were spent rearing them it is common for children to feel the need to explore other experiences. An allowance might be given to those that leave.

Re-entry for children could be easier than for others, the community might benefit from their experience and they might value the community more.

When choosing to leave some conversion of community tokens to host society currency could be performed, or an allowance given. The amount could be relative to the amount of time the person has been productive in the community.

The number and type of people wanting to enter the community will depend on it's success relative to outside the community, if successful, people with assets outside the community might wish to enter.

A choice must be made how to handle their external assets, in order for a community in it's early stages to attract the skills it needs it might have to allow people to maintain their outside assets. If the community is successful it could create rules where assets transfer to communal ownership, perhaps with tokens given to the entrants.
