Adult members are given the opportunity to choose who they would like to have a sexual encounter with, the target member could then make reasonable demands of the requester in return for fulfilling the request.

== Queue of encounters ==

Each person has a queue that other people place their name on to request a sexual encounter. The person responds to each request with terms for the encounter, and must perform the encounters in the order of the names on the queue.

The requester can at any time remove their name from a queue, if they re-enter the queue they do not retain their previous position, their name is added at the bottom.

== Quota of requests ==

Each person has a quota of requests they can make, when they add their name to someone's queue they use up one of their quota, for example if the quota is three then one person can only place their name on three target partner queues.

An in demand target person will have a long queue, so requesting an encounter with them will come at a cost to the requester.

== Frequency of encounters ==

The community can set required frequency of encounters, for example minimum 3 encounters per month.

== Sexual health ==

With a promiscuous community protection against sexually transmitted diseases is important, all members should be regularly screened.

Reproductive education is also important and all members should support each other in intelligent birth control.
